Through this partnership, Faraday is able to offer our mutual clients a fully integrated experience with Klaviyo, letting users take predictive and personalized marketing to the next level by enhancing Klaviyo’s Listen, Analyze, and Act features with AI-driven personas and predictions from Faraday.
We do this by combining Klaviyo’s behavioral data, such as email opens and clicks, with the Faraday Identity Graph, which contains hundreds of demographic, financial, lifestyle, and property attributes on over 270 million U.S. consumers. This combined data is used to train the machine learning algorithms that let us generate quantitative personas and propensity scores, which are then seamlessly pushed back to Klaviyo on a real-time or scheduled basis.
