This luxury lingerie brand has a massive, loyal following, but they needed to keep growing their audience if they wanted to compete in an increasingly crowded e-commerce scene. And with the holidays being such a critical time of year, it was more important than ever to reach the right customers.

With Faraday, they created two types of enhanced audiences on Facebook. First, Faraday uploaded audiences to Facebook at the persona level, and used those lists to build lookalike audiences. This allowed the brand to create highly personalized Facebook campaigns for each audience.

Next, Faraday uploaded custom high-LTV audiences directly to Facebook for the lingerie brand. This way, they could target audiences they knew were likely to make a purchase around the holidays.

At the end of the day, they saw a whopping 43% increase in conversion and a 19% increase in CTR for their holiday campaigns.
