Reach new movers before they choose their new favorites

People shop differently when they move. They fix up the old house, set up the new one, and pick new providers for everything from HVAC to insurance. Mover data puts you in front of them while those choices are still open.

    Why new movers matter

    Mover lists

    What the mover lists include

    • New movers every week

The people who just moved into your ZIP codes, sent to you weekly.

    • A heads-up before a customer moves

Know when one of your own customers is about to move, so you can reach them first.

    • Ranked and ready to use

Each mover ranked by how likely they are to buy from you, sent to your ads, CRM, or mail house.

What you will see across your ZIP codes

    • How many homes were listed
    • How many homes are under contract
    • How many people moved into your area
    • Which ZIP codes are busiest in your service area

Any messy list works: commas, spaces, or one per line. ZIP+4 is trimmed to five digits. Words without digits, such as city or state names, are ignored.

    Frequently asked questions

    What counts as a mover?

Three separate signals are observed by destination ZIP code: a home listed for sale, a home under contract, and a person who finished a move in. They are not one group of people moving through steps, so the three counts do not add up or flow into each other.

Which periods do the counts cover?

Each count covers the last 30, 90, or 365 days, counted back from the last day the source observed. The results show the observed date range.

Where does the mover data come from?

Faraday gets mover data from a data partner that tracks home listings, contracts and completed moves across the US. The results show the dates each signal covers.

Why do some ZIP codes show <10?

Zero stays zero, counts under ten are withheld, and everything else is rounded to the nearest ten. A total that includes a withheld ZIP code is a floor, so it shows as "at least" that many. Figures describe observed activity, not a forecast.

Does the report show who moved?

No. The report ships one count per ZIP code and period, computed ahead of time. No person-level data is on this page.

Why do you ask for my email?

Faraday asks for your email before showing the counts for your ZIP codes, then records that email and the ZIP list so sales can follow up.

How do I get the movers, not just the count?

Faraday can send you the households behind these counts: weekly lists of movers landing in your ZIP codes, and a heads-up when one of your own customers is about to move. Faraday can also score those people for how likely they are to buy from you, then send the list to your ads, CRM, or mail house. Talk to sales.

    How much does it cost?

The ZIP report is free. For the households behind the counts, talk to sales about pricing.

    Observed mover activity, July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Prepared August 12, 2026.

Counts are rounded to the nearest 10. Anything under 10 is withheld and shown as <10. Figures describe observed activity, not a forecast.

Faraday records your email and ZIP list when you unlock the counts, and a copy goes to sales. See the consent text on the form.
