See who holds the mortgage: new lender and owner data in Faraday
Five new data points in the Faraday Identity Graph show who's on a property's title and who holds its mortgage, so lenders can see whose borrower a homeowner is and anyone can confirm they're reaching the owner.

We've added five new data points to the Faraday Identity Graph: the names of up to two owners on a property's title and up to three lenders on its mortgage. They sit alongside the mortgage data we already had, including rate, origination date, loan amount, and how likely the household is to refinance.
What's new
| Data point | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Mortgage lender 1 name | The lender on the home's mortgage |
| Mortgage lender 2 name | A second lender on record for the property |
| Mortgage lender 3 name | A third lender on record for the property |
| Property owner 1 name | The first person on the property's title |
| Property owner 2 name | A second person on the property's title |
Who it's for
Mortgage lenders and the platforms that serve them. You can now see whose borrower a homeowner is, not just whether they're a good refinance candidate. Go after a competitor's borrowers who are paying above today's rates, keep your own customers out of acquisition campaigns, and flag homes with more than one lender on record for home equity or consolidation offers.
Anyone whose offer depends on homeownership. Owner names let you confirm you're reaching the person on title, not just whoever lives at the address.
Try it on your own list
Upload a list of homeowners or addresses to Faraday Pro and get these fields back for each record. Signing up takes a few minutes and there's no call to book.
If you want to go further, like scoring a list for refinance likelihood or building an audience around a specific lender's borrowers, our team can set that up for you.
