Additionally, persona predictions can be used to analyze this cohort–to see if a particular persona has a higher churn rate, for example.

    Your customers cohort represents all individuals that have taken the action that defines a customer for you. Creating this cohort enables a variety of predictions, from propensity to repeat purchase for upselling to persona predictions for rich personalization insights.

  • Leads

    Your leads cohort represents all individuals that have taken the action that you define a lead with. Creating this cohort enables a variety of lead-focused predictions, from likelihood to convert for prioritization to persona predictions for rich personalization insights.

  • One-time purchasers

    Your one-time purchasers cohort represents all individuals you define as having only purchased a single time. Creating this cohort helps enable repeat purchase scoring.

  • Repeat purchasers

    Your repeat purchasers cohort represents all individuals that have made more than one purchase with your business. Creating this cohort helps enable repeat purchaser predictions. Additionally, persona predictions can be used to analyze this cohort–to see if a particular persona is more likely to repeat purchase, for example.
