Salesforce
Create a Faraday-managed connection between Faraday and Salesforce so that your data is always up to date to make predictions, and your predictions can seamlessly sync back to your Salesforce account.
Options for connecting to Salesforce
Use your data infrastructure (recommended)
For batch use cases, you can use your data warehouse like BigQuery or Snowflake as an intemediary to Salesforce.
Sending data to Faraday
Use an ETL product like Stitch Data, Fivetran, or Airbyte to send data into your data warehouse, and then connect Faraday to your data warehouse.
Receiving data from Faraday
Have Faraday send predictions to your data warehouse, and then use an Reverse ETL product like Hightouch, Census, or Growthloop to deploy your predictions back to Salesforce. This allows an ongoing sync of predictions with a 8–24 hour turnaround.
Note: when your Faraday predictions are updated in Salesforce, you should disable Salesforce triggers to prevent service disruptions.
For real time predictions
For real time use cases, you can use the Zapier app for Faraday. This allows you to receive predictions in real time based on incoming data.
Most successful Faraday clients have both a batch and a real-time integration, allowing instant predictions but also efficient ongoing mass updates.
As a backup, you can pass data back and forth using CSVs.
