About

What Faraday Enterprise is and who it's for.

Faraday Enterprise is a managed Faraday account: the full platform, plus a context consultant who knows your business. You get activation guidance, modeling strategy, and expert support on how to actually turn consumer data into revenue. It's an annual engagement, and it's where you get an API key for the Faraday platform API. Agent-ready with MCP.

Who it's for

Choose Faraday Enterprise if you want a partner in figuring out what to do with consumer data, not just access to it. That's the real question — some teams already know exactly how they'll use this and want to get on with it; others want someone alongside them.

Enterprise also suits work that benefits from a consultant's hand: predictive models tuned against your first-party data, cohorts built from your event streams, and deployments wired into your existing tech stack.

Enterprise is sales-led — talk to sales to get set up.

How it differs from Faraday Pro

Faraday Enterprise and Faraday Pro are two ways into the same platform and the same data. Both are grounded in the same Faraday Identity Graph and predictive capabilities, so the context you get access to is identical, and both are held to the same bar for security and data protection.

Faraday Enterprise is highly configurable, addresses more complex needs, and covers the entire Faraday API. Faraday Pro was designed as a streamlined interface to get the context you need on contacts you know.

The support rows are the difference that matters most: what you're really choosing is whether you want the data, or the data plus the expertise. Neither is the beginner version of the other. Plenty of Pro customers will never need Enterprise, and that's the point.

Already on Enterprise and curious about Pro? Talk to your account team and we'll help you find the right setup.

(By the way, if what you're really after is a direct mail list for people you don't know yet, that's Row Pro, a separate product.)
