About
What Faraday Pro is and who it's for.
Faraday Pro is our streamlined interface for quickly selecting and deploying the customer context you need. You pick the context you want — consumer attributes, identity, or custom predictions — retrieve it by real-time lookup, file append, or warehouse connection, and pay only for the values we match. Agent-ready with MCP.
Who it's for
Start with Faraday Pro if you already have customers, leads, or other contacts and mainly want to know more about them — demographics, financial signals, predicted behavior, and so on — and you'd rather pick context elements and hit an API or upload a file than sit through a sales call.
You can sign up yourself and pay per match. There's nothing to configure and no contract to negotiate.
How Faraday Pro works
Create a Project
Projects are how you organize your work in Faraday Pro. Each project has its own set of context elements, so create a new project anytime you want to change up the context you're getting.
Choose your context
Use the Add elements button to select the context you want. You'll find three tabs:
-
Consumer profile data — choose from the 1,400+ attributes in Faraday's catalog, spanning demographics, financial indicators, shopping behaviors, and more.
-
Identity data — have customer emails and want their mailing addresses so you can send them postcards? Faraday Pro can deliver the missing identifiers you need to reach your contacts on every channel.
-
Custom prediction data — define objectives like lead conversion or repeat purchase and let Faraday predict each of your contact's propensity. You can also organize your contacts into useful personas.
Get your context
Once you've selected the context you want, you can retrieve it in four ways:
-
Lookup by API — great for simple automations. Use your CRM, CDP, or ESP's webhook functionality to post contact data to Faraday Pro; we return all the context you've requested for that person.
-
Lookup by MCP — empower your LLM agent (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to retrieve context on demand, enabling it to design highly personalized engagement strategies.
-
Append to a file — upload a CSV, map your columns, and download a new file that contains your context for those people. You'll always see match rates and credit costs before you download.
-
Connect your warehouse — Faraday Pro can continuously deploy the context you chose to your data warehouse, database, or cloud bucket. Choose a table or file containing people, map columns, and we take it from there.
Pricing
Faraday Pro uses a credit system. Each type of context element has a per-value credit cost:
| Context element | Credits per filled value | At the base rate |
|---|---|---|
| Consumer profile attribute | 1 | $0.05 |
| Identity element | 3 | $0.15 |
| Custom prediction | 10 | $0.50 |
You're only charged for values we actually fill in — a blank comes back free. Predictions cost more because each one rides a model trained for you, not a catalog read; identity costs more than an attribute because appending identity is the expensive part of the match.
You're never charged for an identity element you supplied yourself: on a file, anything your identity mapping provides; on a lookup, anything your request already contained.
Credits start at $0.05, with significant volume discounts available:
| Credits purchased at once | Price per credit | Discount |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 99,999 | $0.05 | — |
| 100,000 or more | $0.025 | 50% |
| 1,000,000 or more | $0.0125 | 75% |
| 10,000,000 or more | $0.00625 | 87.5% |
The tier applies to a single purchase, and it's the rate you pay on every credit in that purchase.
Frequently asked questions
Do Faraday Pro credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account balance until you spend them — there's no expiration date and no monthly reset. Discount codes applied at checkout can have their own expiry windows, but the credits themselves don't expire once they're on your account.
What happens if I don't have enough credits to cover a job?
Faraday Pro tells you before it runs, not after. A file append shows the exact credit cost before you download, and a warehouse deployment prices the rows in a measurement pass and asks you to confirm. If your balance is short, the delivery is gated and Faraday shows you the exact shortfall so you can top up. Nothing is charged in the meantime.
Can I try Faraday Pro before buying credits?
Faraday Pro doesn't have a standing free tier, but promotional signup links — from campaigns, events, or launch announcements — carry starter credits that land on your account the moment you finish signing up. If you arrived through one of those links, the credits are already there when you log in.
Do I get a refund if the match rate is worse than I expected?
You don't need one for file appends or warehouse deployments. Faraday Pro shows you the match rate and the exact credit cost before delivery, and charges nothing until you accept. An upload that matched worse than you hoped costs nothing to walk away from.
Can I move from Faraday Pro to Faraday Enterprise later?
Yes. Both are front doors onto the same platform, the same Faraday Identity Graph, and the same predictive capability, so nothing you learn in Pro is wasted. Enterprise adds SaaS integrations, advanced predictions, nearest-location and group-membership context, and a context consultant on an annual engagement.
How it differs from Faraday Enterprise
Faraday Pro and Faraday Enterprise are two ways into the same platform and the same data. Both are grounded in the same Faraday Identity Graph and predictive capabilities, so the context you get access to is identical.
Faraday Pro was designed as a streamlined interface to get the context you need on contacts you know. Faraday Enterprise is highly configurable, addresses more complex needs, and covers the entire Faraday API.
